Manchester

National Identity Service Customer Centre (NISCC)

3rd Floor, Westminster House, Portland Street, Manchester, M1 3HU.

This is located in the IPS Manchester interview office.

The entrance to the interview office is located on the corner of Aytoun Street and Portland Street. A concierge is on duty. There are lifts and stairs to the third floor. Please use the intercom system to gain access to the interview office.

Manchester Airport

1st Floor, Station Building, Manchester Airport, M90 3NT

The Customer Centre is inside 'The Station' building, located between Terminals 1 and 2. You can either walk
to 'The Station' building or access the skylink walkway, which links the terminals.

Upon entering 'The Station' go to the upper level via the escalator. The National Identity Service customer centre office is located between the 4M Building and WH Smith.

If you are applying for an identity card at Manchester Airport, and you are required to pay for your identity card, then you can only pay with a credit card or debit card (excluding all American Express cards).

National Identity Service Customer Centre (NISCC)

Globe House, 89 Eccleston Square, London, SW1V 1PN.

The centre is located in the IPS regional Passport office located in Globe house.

Enter the office via the main customer entrance on Eccleston Street. Once inside please be ready to show confirmation of your appointment letter to the security guards and progress through the building security checks. Once through the security area, please proceed directly to the Customer Centre on the first floor via the lift or stairs. Once on the first floor please take the first right off the stairwell into the customer centre and proceed to the reception area in front of you. Both the NISCC and reception area are clearly signposted.

London City Airport
Aviation House, Royal Docks, London, E16 2PX

Aviation House is a large grey tower block opposite the airport's runway. Walk to the far end of the
tower block (which is the furthest point from the main terminal) and go to a side entrance. The National Identity Service customer centre office is located there and is opposite London City airport's ID Unit.
If you are applying for an identity card at London City Airport, and you are required to pay for your identity card, then you can only pay with a credit card or debit card (excluding all American Express cards).

Liverpool

National Identity Service Customer Centre (NISCC)

2nd floor, Nations House, Edmund Street L3 9NY

There is a wheelchair lift at the entrance to Nations House and steps up to the foyer. Use the intercom on the right hand wall to gain access to the building and request assistance if required.

Please note there is also a passport office in Old Hall Street. Make sure you go to the correct office or you may miss your appointment.
