The Identity and Passport Service (IPS) Annual Employment Monitoring Report for the period 2006-07 shows statistical information about the composition of IPS in terms of gender, ethnicity, disability, age and working patterns broken down by grade as well as providing an analysis of HR processes such as recruitment, progression, appraisal, training and retention.
