We do ask that you submit your application four to six weeks prior to your travel abroad and this is absolutely essential during our period of peak demand (January – July). We cannot guarantee the return of a collective passport in time for your trip if you do not allow at least four weeks. Once the application is received in the passport office you will receive a letter of acknowledgment that contains your reference number, should you require it for any further communications.
