Cheltenham operates two regular park and ride services. These are located at Arle Court on the A40 (near M5 junction 11) and on the north side of the town at Cheltenham Racecourse. Customers are encouraged to use these as parking near to the office is difficult.

If using the Arle Court service alight at the Montpellier Walk/Rotunda stop (journey time approx 10 minutes), cross the road into Montpellier Terrace and then follow the directions given above. The service starts at approx 07.15 am from Mon to Fri and from 08.00 am on Saturday.

If using the racecourse service alight at the Pittville Street stop in the town centre (outside Marks & Spencer - journey time approx 10 minutes). Continue down Pittville Street for approximately 25 yards and then turn left into the High Street. Continue along the High Street for about 400 yards then turn right into Bath Road and proceed for about 500 yards. Immediately before the Eagle Tower building turn right into Montpellier Drive and the Eagle Tower/Montpellier House site entrance is about 20 yards ahead on the left hand side. The interview office in Montpellier House is on the immediate left. The bus stop for the return journey to the racecourse is in Clarence street (back down the High Street and turn left on reaching Primark’s). The service starts at the racecourse at approx 0715 hours from Mon to Fri and from 0806 hrs on Saturday.

By Rail

Cheltenham Spa station is approximately one mile from the interview office. A regular bus will take you into the town centre (Clarence Street) a half mile walk to the interview office. If walking, leave the station by the main exit (into the car park) and turn right into Queens Road. At the end of Queens Road turn left into Lansdown Road. At the end cross two roundabouts into Montpellier Terrace. Take the first left into Montpellier Parade then right into Montpellier Drive.
