Planning your journey to the Dover interview office (new window)

By road

From the North via M2/A2:
Exit the M2 at junction 7 onto the A2 towards Dover. Remain on the A2 until reaching Whitfield/Temple Ewell and take the exit onto the A256 onto Whitfield Hill. Bear left onto London Road and then continue ahead onto Crabble Hill, Buckland Avenue, Barton Road and Frith Road. Make sure you are in either the left or middle lane at the lights at the bottom of Frith Road. Bear left into Maison Dieu Road, go straight ahead at the next lights and move into the right hand lane. Take the first right into Pencester Road, follow the road round to the roundabout, take the first exit and then the second left onto New Street. The interview office is in Maybrook House on the corner of Queens Gardens and New Street. (To get to the car park at Castle Street do not turn into Pencester Road but carry on down Maison Dieu Road to the lights and turn right here. The car park is the first turning on the right.)
From the South/ West via M20/ A20:

Exit the M20 at junction 13 onto the A20. Go straight across at the first three roundabouts, continuing along the A20. At the fourth roundabout, take the first exit onto the A256/York Street. Follow York Street until you get to the roundabout, go all the way round the roundabout to come back down the other side of the dual carriageway. Take the second left into New Street. The interview office is in Maybrook House on the corner of Queens Gardens and New Street. For car parking go straight across the roundabout and first left.
From the East via A256 towards Dover:

Exit the A256 onto the A2 (southbound ) towards Dover At the roundabout take the second exit onto Jubilee Way, signed Dover Docks. At the bottom of the hill take the left hand lane towards the town centre. At the lights go straight ahead. Move to the right hand lane and take the second exit at the roundabout onto A256/York Street. Follow York Street until you get to the roundabout, go all the way round the roundabout to come back down the other side of the dual carriageway. New Street is second on the left. The interview office is in Maybrook House on the corner of Queens Gardens and New Street. For car parking go straight across the roundabout and first left.

By Rail

Follow the slip road out of Dover Priory Station. At the junction turn left onto Folkestone Road, cross the road and continue ahead to the roundabout. Turn right cross the road and continue in the same direction (towards the seafront) until reaching the next turning on the left. Maybrook House is the building on this corner. Follow the path around the building to the entrance in Queen’s Gardens.

By Bus

Take any bus to Pencester Road bus station. From here walk in the direction of traffic up to Biggin Street, cross over into Worthington Street and take the next turning on the left into Queen’s Gardens. Maybrook House is at the end of the street on the right.

By Foot

Maybrook House is the building on the corner of Queens Gardens and New Street.

Parking

There is no parking at Maybrook House. The nearest public car parks are located in Priory Road, Pencester Road and Stembrook. From Stembrook car park walk up Biggin Street and turn right, take the road next to the Abbey National and then first right. Maybrook house is on the corner. From Priory Road go over the crossing and turn right towards the seafront, cross straight over the roundabout and turn left into New Street following the path around the building to the entrance in Queen’s Gardens. From Pencester Road see directions by bus.
