If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road
By Rail

Follow the slip road out of Dover Priory Station. At the junction turn left onto Folkestone Road, cross the road and continue ahead to the roundabout. Turn right cross the road and continue in the same direction (towards the seafront) until reaching the next turning on the left. Maybrook House is the building on this corner. Follow the path around the building to the entrance in Queen’s Gardens.

By Bus

Take any bus to Pencester Road bus station. From here walk in the direction of traffic up to Biggin Street, cross over into Worthington Street and take the next turning on the left into Queen’s Gardens. Maybrook House is at the end of the street on the right.

By Foot

Maybrook House is the building on the corner of Queens Gardens and New Street.

Parking

There is no parking at Maybrook House. The nearest public car parks are located in Priory Road, Pencester Road and Stembrook. From Stembrook car park walk up Biggin Street and turn right, take the road next to the Abbey National and then first right. Maybrook house is on the corner. From Priory Road go over the crossing and turn right towards the seafront, cross straight over the roundabout and turn left into New Street following the path around the building to the entrance in Queen’s Gardens. From Pencester Road see directions by bus.

The interview office is wheelchair accessible.
