If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road
By rail

Lincoln Station is approx. 20-25 minutes walk from the interview office. Turn Left onto the High Street. Turn Right into St Mark Street leading onto Ropewalk. Bear left at the roundabout onto Triton Road. Approximately 400 yards along Triton Road turn right onto Valentine Road. (Nosey Parker public house). Turn left into Crusader road. The interview office is between the Nosey Parker Public House and the Inland Revenue offices.

By bus

The bus station is almost opposite the railway station a 25 minutes walk from the interview office. From the bus station turn right onto Norman Street – leading onto St Mary Street. Walk past the railway station and follow direction as above.

On foot

The main entrance to the building is on the ground floor - the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Parking facilities

Car parking is available in front of the interview office.
