If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road
By rail

Leave via the main ticket barrier and turn left. Continue over the bridge onto Bute Street. At the traffic lights, carry straight on up Bute Street towards the Arndale Centre. Go into the centre, up the escalator and straight on, out of the centre. On exiting the centre, turn left onto George Street. Take the third turning on the right (Chapel Street). Carry on up Chapel Street, until the first turning on the right. This is Stuart Street. AW House is approximately 50 yards from this junction, on the right hand side.

By bus

All the main bus routes to Luton have town centre bus stops a few minutes walk from the interview office.

Parking facilities

There is no parking at AW House. The nearest public parking is in the Regent Street multi storey car park, next to Bannantynes Health and Fitness centre and Days Hotel.

Office facilities

The interview office is located on the 4th Floor of A W House. Please use the entry system to gain access to reception. There is a lift to the fourth floor.

Disabled Access

Wheelchair users should use the main entrance. There is a lift to the office on the 4th floor and a ramp for wheelchairs.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
