From the North via A1:
Leave the A1 at junction 17, where the A1(M) starts, and take the A1139 Fletton Parkway towards Peterborough. Continue ahead on the Parkway for approximately 5 miles. At junction 5 take the slip road signposted City Centre and take the first exit at the roundabout onto Boongate. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto New Road. At the T junction turn left onto Northminster Road. The Identity and Passport Service Regional Office is on your left. Turn right into City Road (signed Access only) which leads directly into Midgate. The interview office is on the left, in Midgate House. The NHS Dental Centre is to the left of the entrance. If using the nearest car park turn right at the T junction and the multi storey car park is on the left hand side.
From the North via A15:
Stay on the A15 until junction 8 and take the third exit from the roundabout onto the A1139 Frank Perkins Parkway. Leave at junction 5, taking the slip road signposted City Centre, take the fourth exit from the roundabout onto Boongate. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto New Road. At the T junction turn left onto Northminster Road. The Identity and Passport Service Regional Office is on your left. Turn right into City Road (signed Access only) which leads directly into Midgate. The interview office is on your left in Midgate House. The NHS Dental Centre is to the left of the entrance. If using the nearest car park turn right at the T junction and the multi storey car park is on the left hand side.

From the East A47:
On the A47 stay on the Eye Bypass and, after passing Eye village, take the first exit from the small roundabout onto the A1139. Take the second exit from the next roundabout on to Peterborough Road and at the large roundabout (Junction 8) take the second exit onto the A1139 Frank Perkins Parkway. Leave at junction 5, taking the slip road signposted City Centre and take the fourth exit at the roundabout onto Boongate. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto New Road. From the West via M6/A14/A605:
Leave the M6 at the exit for the A14 (signed Felixstowe, Kettering). Continue on the A14 and leave at junction 13, signposted Peterborough A605. When you reach the A1, go straight over and take the A1139 Fletton Parkway towards Peterborough. Continue ahead on the Parkway for approximately 5 miles. At junction 5 take the slip road signposted City Centre and take the first exit at the roundabout onto Boongate. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto New Road. At the T junction turn left onto Northminster Road. The Identity and Passport Service Regional Office is on your left. Turn right into City Road (signed Access only) which leads directly into Midgate. The interview office is on your left in Midgate House. The NHS Dental Centre is to the left of the entrance. If using the nearest car park turn right at the T junction and the multi storey car park is on the left hand side.
Please note: There is also a passport office in Northminster Road (street signs direct people to this office) a few hundred yards from the interview office. Please make sure you go to the correct office, or you may miss your appointment.
By rail
The interview office is approximately 15 minutes walk from the rail station. Follow signs to the bus station and then proceed as below.
By bus
The interview office is approximately 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Exit the bus station onto Westgate and turn right. Continue ahead onto Midgate. The interview office is on your right.
By foot
The main entrance to the interview office is on Midgate, next to the NHS Dental Centre.
Parking facilities
The interview office does not have a car park; there are public car parks a few minutes walk from the office. The nearest one is a multi-storey next to the market.
