If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

Planning your journey to the Stirling interview office (new window)

By road
By rail

Stirling train station is situated approximately 2.5 miles away from the interview office. Taxis are available outside the train station. The bus station is approximately 200 yards on the left.

By bus

Buses run every 20 minutes to Raploch Road. From here follow the blue sign “Walkway to the Castle Business Park”. At the end of the walkway (Lomond Court) cross over the roundabout and take the first right into Scotia House. If alighting at Kildean on the Drip Road (if travelling southbound cross Drip Road). Follow the blue signs for Castle Business Park. A path, on the left will lead you to the Riverhouse Restaurant. From the Riverhouse Restaurant turn left at the road end Scotia House is 2nd on the left.

On foot

Scotia House is approximately 2.5 miles from Stirling centre. From Stirling Bus Station turn right past the train station along Goosecroft Road, continue into Cowane Street. At the mini roundabout go straight on to Lower Bridge Street. At the Laurencecroft roundabout go straight over onto Drip Road. Continue until almost at the end of Drip Road, follow the blue signs for Castle Business Park. A path on the left will lead you to the Riverhouse Restaurant. From the Riverhouse Restaurant turn left at the road end. Scotia House is 2nd on the left.

Parking facilities

There are limited parking spaces available at Scotia House.

Office facilities

The interview office is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, however there is no ramp on the kerb outside from the car park and the doors are quite narrow (a wheelchair user may require assistance).
