If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

Planning your journey to the Wrexham interview office (new window)

By road
By rail

Wrexham General Railway Station is approximately 15 minutes walk from the interview office. On exiting the station turn right along Mold Road and walk past Wrexham Football Club and NEWI on the right. At the roundabout cross Mold Road and proceed along Berse Road, B&Q is on the right. At next roundabout bear left along Rhyd Broughton Lane. Take the first left onto Ellice Way with the Ramada Plaza Hotel on your right. Continue for just over 50 yards until the sign and flags for MoneyPenny on the left, take this turning. The interview office is on the first floor of Kingsway House (above Whitecross Dental Centre) the building straight down the access road.

By bus

A regular bus service runs from Wrexham town centre to the Wrexham Technology Park entrance on Ellice Way. The nearest bus stop is Rhyd Broughton Lane. From here proceed as above.

On foot

The interview office is on the first floor of Kingsway House in Wrexham Technology Park, entrance in Ellice Way. The interview office is above Whitecross Dental Centre. The interview office can be accessed by use of the intercom on the door.

At Kingsway House there are four parking spaces for interview office customers, including one disabled parking bay.
