If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is only for urgent passport renewals. I.e. for customers who need to travel in less than two weeks.

By road
By rail

Note: Taxis are available from both stations.

By bus

The Buchanan main bus and coach station is a five-minute walk from the passport office. Leave bus station by stairs to the right of main terminal building, opposite Glasgow Caledonian University. Cross over and turn left into Cowcaddens Road. Walk towards next junction and then turn right into Port Dundas Road. Pass the Railtrack building and at the next junction turn right into Milton Street. Passport office is on the right next to the Northgate Complex.

Parking

There is no on-site parking at the passport office, but there a0re some pay and display bays in the street nearby. The nearest public car parks are Dundasvale, Concert Hall and Buchanan.

Monday to Friday 8.15am-5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm
