If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is only for urgent passport renewals. I.e. for customers who need to travel in less than two weeks.

By road
By rail and bus
When leaving Peterborough Rail Station, turn right out of the main entrance and follow the road to Bourges Boulevard.

Take the pedestrian bridge over Bourges Boulevard into the Queensgate Shopping Centre. Follow the signs for the Bus Station (before the John Lewis Department Store) and take the lift or stairs to the Bus Station. Leave through the north exit of the Bus Station and turn right into Westgate. Follow the signs for the Passport Office via Westgate and Midgate into City Road. The Peterborough Passport Office public entrance is on the corner of City Road/Northminster Road.

Location

The Peterborough Passport Office is situated within the Peterborough City Centre, and opposite the Market Square. The Office is located at Aragon Court on Northminster Road, adjacent to New Road and City Road. There is a large multi storey car park (the Market Car Park) across the road with ample car parking. Disabled car parking and a short stay Pay and Display is also available on City Road next to the Office.

Car Parks

– extract from Peterborough Council website: “Disabled drivers are able to park on any City Council car park in the parking bays free of charge - all day should you wish, please ensure that your expiry date is clearly showing to the Parking Attendant.

On Street Parking

Disabled drivers may park in pay and display bays free of charge, please ensure that your expiry date is clearly showing to the Parking Attendant.

Badge holders may park free of charge and without time limit at parking meters on-street, and "pay and display" on-street parking unless a local traffic order, specifying a time limit for holders of disabled parking badges, such as a ban on loading is in force.

Badge holders may be exempt from limits on parking times imposed on other users. (Check local signs for information).”
