If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is only for urgent passport renewals. I.e. for customers who need to travel in less than two weeks.

Westbound from the M8 at Junction 16 (Aberfoyle)
Turn left on slip road to go directly on to Milton Street past
a car showroom. The passport office is on your left.
Eastbound from the M8 at Junction 16 (Aberfoyle/Dumbarton)
Keep left for Aberfoyle. At first lights turn right and right
again at the next lights on to Dobbies Loan. Turn right at Port
Dundas Road and at next lights (by Sunday Post building) turn
left into Milton Street. Passport office is on the right.
By rail
From Queen Street Station (approx. five-minute walk)
On leaving the platform turn right towards main booking office.
Leave the station on to Dundas Street and turn right. At top of
street turn left on to Cathedral Street. Walk under a bridge at
Buchanan Galleries shopping mall and cross over into Buchanan
Street pedestrian precinct, heading towards the concert hall.
The road goes left into Sauchiehall Street. Turn right into West
Nile Street. Cross at next crossing, heading towards Railtrack
building on the right. Cross Cowcaddens Road at Concert Square
car park and walk past Railtrack building to next junction. Turn
right into Milton Street. Passport office is on right at entrance
to the Northgate Complex.
From Central Station (approx. 15-minute walk, mostly
uphill)
On leaving the platform go straight ahead and leave station by
main entrance. Turn left into Gordon Street, then right into Hope
Street. Go to top of Hope Street (by Theatre Royal) and cross
towards the Piping Centre in McPhatter Street. Turn right and
go past Stagecoach garage to the Station Bar. Cross Port Dundas
Road, heading towards side gate of the Northgate Complex. At next
junction turn right into Milton Street. Passport office is on
the right next to the Northgate Complex.
Note: Taxis are available from both stations.
By bus
The Buchanan main bus and coach station is a five-minute walk from
the passport office. Leave bus station by stairs to the right of main
terminal building, opposite Glasgow Caledonian University. Cross over
and turn left into Cowcaddens Road. Walk towards next junction and
then turn right into Port Dundas Road. Pass the Railtrack building
and at the next junction turn right into Milton Street. Passport office
is on the right next to the Northgate Complex.
Parking
There is no on-site parking at the passport office, but there
a0re some pay and display bays in the street nearby. The nearest
public car parks are Dundasvale, Concert Hall and Buchanan.
