If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is only for urgent passport renewals. I.e. for customers who need to travel in less than two weeks.

M6/M62/M57 – take junction 4 on the M57
heading west towards Liverpool on the East Lancashire Road, the
A580. Follow the city centre signs and join the A59. Approaching
the city centre turn right on to the A5053, Leeds Street. At the
third set of traffic lights turn left in to Old Hall Street, and
then immediately left on to Old Leeds Street where there is a
car park. Exiting by the same route on foot, the Liverpool Passport
Office is directly in front of you.
M58 – follow the A5036 sign-posted to
all docks. At Liverpool Freeport turn left on to the A565 and
head towards Liverpool. Approaching the city centre at the junction
of the A5053 (Leeds Street), a BMW garage is on your immediate
left and an all mirrored building in front of you. Go straight
across the junction on to Old Hall Street and take the first left
in to Old Leeds Street where there is a car park. Exiting by the
same route on foot, the Liverpool Passport Office is directly
in front of you.
M53 - follow the M53 through the Wallasey Tunnel.
Exit right heading towards Liverpool city centre. Take the first
right (A5053 Leeds Street), then turn left at the third set of
traffic lights. Take an immediate left on to Old Leeds Street
where there is a car park. Exiting by the same route on foot,
the Liverpool Passport Office is directly in front of you.
By rail
Alight at Lime Street and either:
Take a taxi from the station - there are ranks at both side
entrances. Ask for the passport office on Old Hall Street,
Or by connecting underground:- take the Wirral Line (green)
to Central Station, then change to the Northbound Northern Line
(blue). Take any train and alight at the next stop Moorfields.
Then take the Old Hall Street exit, turn right upon leaving the
station and the office is two minutes walk on the left hand side
of the road, between the Liverpool Echo Office and the Radisson
Hotel.
By foot
Directions are complicated, but maps are available from Lime Street.
The walk will take approximately 20 minutes.
