Pasportau cyfunol

Nid yw rhai plant yn byw gyda'r ddau riant a gall fod yn anodd cael yr hollwybodaeth angenrheidiol i'r holiadur Cenedligrwydd a'r ffurflenni cydsyniad. Pa wybodaeth sy'n hanfodol?

Yn Saesneg yn unig.

In order for us to establish the child's claim to British nationality, we must in all cases have the full details of both parents' and, if appropriate, a date of marriage. The declaration at the bottom of the CPNQ must be signed by a person who has parental responsibility for the child.

For children who have been fostered or are in care this information is still essential. However, the declaration should be signed by the appropriate person in each case. For example: the foster carer or legal guardian or for children under social services care, the care home manager or social worker will sign the declaration.

If the child has a legal guardian, a letter explaining the circumstances should be submitted with the CPNQ. If a child is in care or being fostered, a letter from the Social Services Unit Manager must be submitted with the CPNQ.
