If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road

• From the North/ West A338 (Ringwood/ Verwood) :
  From the Ashley Heath roundabout, head towards the A338 (Wessex Way) in the direction of Bournemouth. Continue ahead, entering Bournemouth. Upon reaching the first roundabout (with the train station/ Asda on the left hand side), continue ahead, remaining on the A338. Take the next exit signposted Richmond Hill Roundabout. Take the first left onto Richmond Hill, then the immediate left passing the NCP on your right, and the Standard Life building on your left. At the 'T' junction turn right onto Dean Park Crescent and Dean Park House is almost immediately on the right hand side
  
• From the West A35 (Poole/ Wareham) :
  Follow the A35 in the direction of Bournemouth. Continue ahead on the A35 Commercial Road, then ahead onto Bournemouth Road, then at the roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Poole Road, remaining on the A35. At the Frizzell roundabout, continue ahead, taking the first left, towards the A338. Continue ahead until reaching the next roundabout and continue ahead. Take the slip road signposted Richmond Hill Roundabout. Take the third left onto Richmond Hill, then the immediate left passing the NCP on your right, and the Standard Life building on your left. At the 'T' junction turn right onto Dean Park Crescent and Dean Park House is almost immediately on the right hand side.
  

For information. Dean Park Crescent is south of the Wessex Way on the opposite side to Dean Park and Dean Park Road. The interview office is a one minute walk from the Standard Life Building, a local landmark.

By Rail

The interview office is approximately 0.5 miles from the train station.

By Coach/ Bus

National Express Coaches run to the train station. Yellow Buses, Route One and Wilts and Dorset/ More bus services are also run from the main entrance of the station. The nearest stops to the interview office are Bournemouth Square, Richmond Hill and Wimborne Road. Please check with service provider for details.

Parking

There is no parking available at Dean Park House. There is a NCP located just off Richmond Hill (first left from the roundabout) as well as a NCP located at the bottom of Richmond Hill. There are also metered parking on Christchurch Road. If parking in the NCP opposite the Standard Life building exit via the vehicle entrance and turn right past Richmond Gardens. Dean Park Crescent is the next right. Walk down the tree lined slope 200 meters to Dean Park House.

On Foot

The interview office is a 15 - 20 minute walk from the bus, coach and rail station. Turn left out of the station and walk 200 metres behind Asda to Holdenhurst Road. Turn left through the underpass and follow the signs for Lansdowne Roundabout, bear leaf down the hill along Old Chrischurch Road. Turn right at the mini roundabout at the bottom and walk 250 metres up Dean Park Crescent.

Office facilities

The interview office is wheelchair accessible. The office is on the first floor of Dean Park House. Access can be gained via the intercom system. There is a lift service, as well as stairs to the first floor. Opening Times (appointment only)
