If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road

From the North via the M5:
Exit the M5 at junction 29 onto Honiton Road. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Paris Street. Take the first exit onto Southernhay East. Take the left onto Southernhay Gardens. The interview office is located within Pembroke House on the first floor.
From the North West via the A377:
Take the exit onto New North Road. At the third roundabout take the fifth exit onto Paris Street. Take the first exit onto Southernhay East. Take fifth left onto Southernhay Gardens. The interview office is located within Pembroke House on the first floor.
From the West via the A30 / A377:
Exit the A30 onto A377 towards Exeter. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Frog Street. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Paris Street. Take the first exit onto Southernhay East, then take the fifth left onto Southernhay Gardens. The interview office is located within Pembroke House on the first floor.
From the South via the A38:
Exit the M5 at junction 31 onto the A30. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A377 towards Exeter. At the following roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Frog Street. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Paris Street. Take the first exit onto Southernhay East, then the fifth left onto Southernhay Gardens. The interview office is located within Pembroke House on the first floor.
From the East via A30:
Take the exit onto Honiton Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Paris Street. Take the first exit onto Southernhay East. Take the fifth left onto Southernhay Gardens. Our offices are located in Pembroke House.

By rail

The nearest station is St Thomas station, a five minute walk away. From here turn right into Cowick Street. At the Exe Bridges gyratory system turn left and Renslade House is the tall building ahead. Cross 2 roads off of the gyratory system, Okehampton Road and Bonhay Road, and you will be outside Renslade House front entrance. Central and St David's stations are approximately 15 minutes walk away. From St David's Station turn right and go along Bonhay Road to the end where it meets the Exe Bridges gyratory system. Renslade House is the tall building on your left.

By bus

The nearest bus stop is located on Fore Street, approximately a three minute walk from the interview office. Park and Ride Route PR5 goes from Matford Park and Ride and Fore Street.

On foot

The office is on the ground floor of Renslade House on Bonhay Road, close to its junction with Exe Bridge (north). As you enter the building, facing the concierge, the interview office is at the end of the corridor to your left. If entering the building from the rear go up one floor: As you face the lift the interview office is to your right, through the main foyer at the end of the corridor, on the opposite side of the foyer.

Parking facilities

There is limited free shared parking available at the rear of the building or metered parking on the street nearby (max 2 hours stay). There is also a multi-storey car park located 400 metres walk away. If entering the building from the rear go up one floor; as you face the lift the interview office is situated to your right, through the main foyer at the end of the corridor on the opposite side of the foyer.
