If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road
By rail

Hull railway station is based 0.6 miles away west of the offices. Taxis are available outside the station the interview office is approximately a 10 minute walk away.

By bus

Hull bus terminal is based at the railway station and it is approximately 10 minutes walk to the interview office. 
There are also Park & Ride services available, with the nearest stop being within 2 minutes walk of the office (700/701).

On foot

The interview office is located directly opposite the Lowgate Post Office, on the second floor of Aldgate House, above the Bank of Scotland. The entrance to the office is found through Market Place. The foyer of Aldgate House is unmanned. There is a lift and stair access to the second floor. Admittance to the interview office can be gained by ringing the bell located next to the office door.

Parking facilities

There are no IPS parking facilities located at the office. The nearest public car park is the King William NCP on the Market Place, 200m from the interview office.
