If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview.

By road

From North M1:
Coming South on the M1 come off on junction 16 take the A45 West to Northampton. Continue straight over roundabouts as the road switches to the A4500 (Weedon Road). Keep straight over onto the A428 (Saint James Road). Over a river then turn right for the A5080 (Saint Peter’s Way). You’ll follow the road onto the A508 then left at Bridge Street on the A508. Follow it right and round at St John’s Street, stay on this road by taking the left option and then right onto Swan Street. At the roundabout take the 1st left onto Victoria Promenade. Keep left for Cheyne Walk then take a left at Spencer Parade and St Giles Street. Aquilla House is at 14 St Giles Terrace.
From South M1:
From the South heading North on the M1 come off on junction 15 for the A45 into Northampton. You want to take the Queen Eleanor Interchange ramp then the 2nd exit to get onto the A508. Stay on the A508 and follow it right and round at St John's Street, stay on this road by taking the left option and then right onto Swan Street. At the roundabout take the 1st left onto Victoria Promenade. Keep left for Cheyne Walk then take a left at Spencer Parade and St Giles Street. Aquilla House is at 14 St Giles Terrace.
From East A428:
Heading West and towards Northampton on the A428. Stay on the A428 all the way into Northampton until you reach the end and have to turn right onto the A5123 (Cheyne Walk). Then take a left at Spencer Parade and St Giles Street. Aquilla House is at 14 St Giles Terrace.
From West A45:
Coming East on the A45 stay on the road onto Northampton.

By rail

Northampton railway station is a 16 minute walk from the interview office. Exit the station, turn left into Black Lion Hill, continue into Gold Street and then into Abington Street. Turn right at the end of Abington Street into St Giles Terrace.

By bus

Northampton bus station is situated between Lady's Lane and Greyfriars, a fifteen minute walk away from the interview office.

On foot

Aquila House is located on St Giles Terrace, on the first floor

Parking facilities

There are no parking facilities at the interview office. The nearest car park is on The Ridings, a 2 minute walk away from Aquila House.

The interview office is wheelchair accessible.
