If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road

From the South:
From the M11, head northbound onto the A11. Continue on the A11 Newmarket Road towards Norwich city centre, this becomes St Stephens Road just before the roundabout intersection with A147. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A147 Chapel Field Road. At the next roundabout go straight ahead on the A147 down Grapes Hill. At the traffic lights go straight ahead into Barn Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit. Continue straight ahead to the next roundabout, go straight across, car parks are on the left hand side and the office is on the right hand side.
From the North:
From the north along the A140, continue southbound following signs for Norwich. Continue onto Holt Road, Cromer Road, Aylsham Road, Saint Augustine's Street and eventually Pitt Street. Take the first exit onto Saint Crispin's Road. Turn left at Calvert Street, then turn right at Cross Lane. Bear right onto Saint George's Street. Take the Ipswich Road junction onto Ipswich Road. Turn right onto Newmarket Road then at the A147 take the second exit onto Saint Stephen's Street. Continue ahead onto Red Lion Street. Once on Red Lion Street take a left at Castle Meadow then take a sharp left at Redwell Street bearing right at Saint Andrew's Street.
From the West:
From the A47 West, continue eastbound past Kings Lynn and Swaffham. Take the second exit onto Dereham Road and remain on the road, until it intersects with the bottom of Grapes Hill. At the traffic lights turn left into Barn Road. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. Continue straight ahead to the next roundabout, go straight across. Car parks are immediately on the left hand side and the office is the right hand side.
From the East:
From the A47, continue westbound taking a right at the Ipswich Road exit, north to Ipswich along the A140. The A140 becomes Ipswich Road. Remain on the right; the road becomes St Stephens Road. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A147 Chapel Field Road. At the next roundabout go straight ahead onto the A147 down Grapes Hill. At the traffic lights go straight ahead onto Barn Road. At the next roundabout take the second exit. Continue straight ahead to the next roundabout, go straight across. Car parks are on the left hand side and the office is on the right hand side.

By rail

Norwich Railway Station is a 20 - 25 minute walk away. Taxis are available at the station. There is no bus service to Anglia Square, so customers may need to change at Castle Meadow.

By bus

There are two main bus stations in Norwich - St Stephen's or Castle Meadow. Both are approximately 25 minutes walk from the interview office. Anglia Square is the nearest stop to the interview office and is a five minute walk away from the station. Services are operated by First Eastern Counties, Saunders and Eastern Buses.

On foot

The office is on the ground floor of St. Crispin's House. The main entrance to St. Crispins House is in Duke Street but the entrance to the interview office is from St. George's Street. Please do not use the entrance in Duke Street. Pedestrians may pass through the main entrance and across the car park to gain access via a short alley into St. Georges Street.

Parking facilities

There is no parking at the interview office. Pay & Display car parking is available opposite the office. The office can be reached via an underpass (wheelchair accessible).
