If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview

By road.

From M5 junction 27 take the A361 (signed Barnstaple). Continue on the A361 over Bishmill Gate roundabout (don’t take B3227 signed South Molton) and turn left after two miles into Station Road signed Pathfields Business Park.  Follow signs for Mole Valley Farmers and Crown Yealm House.  Northern Devon NHS Primary Care Trust is on the left just before you reach the interview office.

From Barnstaple take the A361 to Aller Cross roundabout, take B3226 signed South Molton and turn left at first roundabout signed Pathfields Business Park.  The building is on the right just past Mole Valley Farmers.

From South Molton town centre take Station Road for about a mile and Pathfields Business Park is on the left.  Crown Yealm House is on the left (see directions from M5 above)

By rail

The nearest rail station is in Barnstaple.

By bus

Bus number 7 runs from Barnstaple to South Molton and number 155 from Barnstaple to Exeter via South Molton. The office is a fifteen minute walk from South Molton. Please check with bus companies for more details. Travel line: 0871 2002233. First Bus: 01271 376524

On foot

Crown Yealm House is situated on the Pathfields Business Park on the outskirts of South Molton. The office is situated in the same building as the North Devon NHS Primary Trust, which is a three storey blue and grey building sited next to U-Can storage.

4 Parking spaces are available for the public including a disabled parking bay.

Office facilities

The interview office is wheelchair accessible. There is a bell for the interview office. The office is situated on the ground floor.

Wednesdays and Saturdays: 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
