If you are required to attend an office make sure you go to the correct office. Failure to do so could result in you missing your appointment and your application being delayed. This office is for first-time adult passport customers who are attending their passport interview.

By road

From M6 North / South:
Exit M6 at Junction 15 Clayton and head in the direction of the A500 Queensway (towards Stoke-on-Trent) Exit A500 onto A5006 following the signs for Michelin and Campbell Road, then take the first left at the Michelin roundabout onto Campbell Road. The interview office can be found within Riverside 2 Office Park. (Unit 4).
From North /South A500:
On A500 (Queensway) head towards Stoke-on-Trent, Exit A500 onto A5006 following the signs for Michelin and Campbell Road, then take the first left at the Michelin roundabout onto Campbell Road. The interview office can be found within Riverside 2 Office Park. (Unit 4).
From East A52:
On the A52 head towards Stoke-on-Trent, Upon reaching Stoke-on-Trent, take the left fork at the traffic lights onto Leek Road. At the roundabout take the second exit onto City Road (under the railway bridge). At the following roundabout, take the first exit onto A500 (Queensway). Exit A500 onto A5006 following the signs for Michelin and Campbell Road, then take the first left at the Michelin roundabout onto Campbell Road. The interview office can be found within Riverside 2 Office Park. (Unit 4).

By rail

Exit Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station. Turn right and head along Station Road. Turn right onto Glebe Street (under the railway bridge). Slight left, then right onto Lonsdale Street. Continue straight on onto Campbell Road. Continue along Campbell Road (approx. 1.25 miles) until you get to the Michelin Factory on your right. The entrance to Riverside 2 Office Park is on your left under the white barrier. Unit 4 is the second on the right.

By Bus

Directions for applicants arriving by bus are complicated - buses that pass right by the office park are fairly infrequent. Therefore we recommend customers look on the IPS website as above, under Stoke-on-Trent Interview Office and click on the link 'Planning your journey' to find bus timetables, routes etc. from their home postcode.

There is a public car park on the left after you turn into Riverside 2 Office Park.

Stoke-on-Trent interview office is on the ground floor with level access. The interview office is wheelchair accessible.
