Cynllun Cyhoeddi Gwasanaeth Pasbortau'r DU

Yn unol ag Adran 19 Deddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000, mae Gwasanaeth Pasbortau'r DU yn debyg i bob corff cyhoeddus arall, wedi ymgymryd â mabwysiadu a chynnal cynllun ar gyfer cyhoeddi gwybodaeth.  Noder y gellir dod o hyd i'r dogfennau a gyhoeddwyd yn fwyaf diweddar yn ein hadran Gyhoeddiadau: Cyhoeddiadau Gwasanaeth Pasbortau'r DU .

Pwrpas y Cynllun Cyhoeddi yw nodi'r dosbarthiadau gwybodaeth y mae awdurdod yn eu cyhoeddi neu'n bwriadu eu cyhoeddi; ar ba ffurf y maent wedi'u cyhoeddi neu y cânt eu cyhoeddi; a ph'un a oes unrhyw dâl am yr wybodaeth.  Rhaid i bob cynllun gael ei gymeradwyo gan y Comisiynydd Gwybodaeth.

Mae'n cynllun cyhoeddi'n darparu manylion o ba wybodaeth sydd eisoes ar gael.  Disgwylir y bydd rhagor o gyhoeddiadau'n cael eu hychwanegu at y cynllun hwn.

Os nad ydych yn gallu dod o hyd i'r wybodaeth rydych yn chwilio amdani yn y cyhoeddiadau sy'n dilyn neu yn adran Gyhoeddiadau'r wefan hon, ac yr hoffech wneud cais am wybodaeth dan y Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth, cliciwch ar Sut i ofyn am wybodaeth.

Hawlfraint

Mae'r deunydd sydd ar gael drwy'r Cynllun Cyhoeddi hwn yn dod dan hawlfraint y Goron oni bai ei bod yn nodi fel arall.  Gellir atgynhyrchu deunydd hawlfraint y Goron (ar wahân i'r Arfbais Frenhinol a logo'r Gwasanaeth Pasbortau) yn rhad ac am ddim mewn unrhyw fformat neu gyfrwng cyn belled â'i fod yn cael ei atgynhyrchu'n gywir ac na chaiff ei ddefnyddio mewn modd sy'n gaMawweiniol.  Lle mae unrhyw un o'r eitemau hawlfraint yn y Cynllun hwn yn cael eu hail gyhoeddi neu eu copïo i eraill, rhaid i chi nodi ffynhonnell y deunydd a chydnabod y statws hawlfraint.
