Send your application form, photo cards, fee and supporting documents to the ‘Collective Passport Department’ of the Durham passport office, at least six weeks before your date of travel.
Note: the processing times for this service only apply if your application form is completed correctly, and the correct information and documents are provided.
If you need to apply for a visa before you travel You should allow more time if you need to apply for a visa. Please contact the embassy or consulate of the country you are visiting for further information.
If you do not allow enough time for us to deal with your application, we may not be able to issue a collective passport in time for your trip.
